Hey I just got back, too. Additionally, please note that I have not enjoyed a bacon wrapped banana in near 18 months if not longer.

I did pick up some duck bacon the other day. Perhaps it is time to put an end to the drought.

My favorite lunch spot makes a duck grilled cheese sandwich that's ridiculous. Duck confit, green tomatoes, gruyere and american cheese on sourdough. So good.

Dunno. My butcher had some near the counter so I grabbed it. Not bad. Lower fat/less grease/lower sodium. Tastes like highly improved turkey bacon.
