me too. cardio 5xwk for 45-50 minutes. what are you doing? im on the incline treadmill, bike & stairclimber thing. i really havent lifted in almost a month...
I don't think you are the only one who is trying to get rid of those excess holiday pounds. I know I am certainly working on doing the same thing. Just started low intensity cardio myself.
