Hey. You inspired me with that band on the deads idea. I had to order me some to play with.

Well I got the band configuration for deads from an article in MILO a couple issues ago, I'll have to dig it up after I unpack.

Anyway, it's fun stuff to mess around with it - I also use them for makeshift reverse hypers and pullthroughs.

Haven't tried any of the WSB stuff, though. Soon maybe

Nice bench and nice vid. Good thing you didn't take a vid of the bench, though. I only have a 12 hour work day.

Seriously though I was only doing some doubles yesterday and switched to mix grip at 315, especially with the band and all. 365 would normally be my next set and I'd definitely strap up for that, band or no band.
