Heres my Clean bulker critique please

2tbsp ANPB

4 whole eggs
2 egg whites
1 whole wheat bagel

meal3
Tuna on whole wheat wrap

meal4
Chicken breast/w veggies

meal5 Turkey on whole wheat wrap

meal6 post workout
Shake-made w/2cups milk
2tbsp ANPB

Meal7 can of tuna w 2tbsp flax

exact totals(thanks to fitday) 2829 cals,Pro 263 Carb 209 Fat 115

but Im thinking thats alot for me to eat and am considering dropping the last meal and just throwing the flax into a shake which would only change my totals to 2719cals and 233 pro either which I think will allow me to grow and keep bf down

I really think I have my diet down this time,what do you guys think?
 
Looks pretty good.

The only thing I disagree with is combining carbs with fats.

I don't like the idea of fats riding insulin spikes into muscles, even if they are healthy fats. I would drop the anpb in meal one in favor of more oats/whey for cals.

Also 2 cups of milk yeilds 24 grams of sugar. Too much IMO.

Again PWO, I'd drop the anpb in favor of more carbs/protein.


Just something to think about. :)
 
I could take it right out since I would have flax in the mix and 2tbsp of flax a day is enough healthy fats no?

I could also change meal 7 to a wrap which would give more carbs

as for the milk,the morning shake should be ok as its earlier in the day and should be used as energy,and the second shake the sugar should be used up to refuel my body from the heavy lifting right?

with the anpb out and another wrap in that takes me to just under 2500cals with roughly 250pro,230carb and 80 fat
