Radar, I have been taking N2Guard this whole time.

Have not tried C2.

Taking it every day.

Hit bench today. Got 385 but could still not get 405 on my own. Just, and I mean Just, get a little sticky at the bottom. As soon as my spotter touches it I can drive it. Had a great pump today. Added another meal in. nothing huge, 30g p and about 70g c. So that is bonus. Off day tomorrow.
 
Had a bad eating day today. Just work schedule in the morning. But got everything in the rest of the day. Feel really good though. No BP issues and no headaches. It was an off day in the gym.
 
Had a blah day and have felt tired. I am almost glad this is done. I have been very stale this week. I think a 3 week cycle would have been fine for me.
 
i started feeling like that as well and i drastically increased cals for a few days and it helped a lot.. drink more water and eat as much clean food as you can and see if it helps..
 
I'm gunna run my beast for 3 weeks i think. I got gyno from it though, so that has kinda sapped my enthusiasm for the compound. . .
 
Ive been on it 3 weeks.. Im so looking forward to it being over lol.. 1 more week to go.. ive made it this far I might as well finish it I guess...

Depends on the person it looks like. Some seem to be sensitive an some seem to have no sides whatsoever.

The gyno has certainly sapped my enthusiasm for the compound. Harsh letro treatment after a cycle is not what i call ideal.
 
you just have to know how to handle all the sides and how to deal w/ anything that may pop up...

n2guard and forma will control almost everything that could possible go wrong or be considered a side w/ beast
 
I have had no major sides. Slight headaches and dryness, some BP issues but not too bad. Just feeling the blood pumping like I just drank a redbull or something. Not bad at all. I am now finished with the Beast and now into PCT. I finished at 239.5 so had about 21lb gain overall and little to no fat gain at all. I have gotten crazy looks, awesome compliments and some great strength gains. Did 1000lb leg press for 10, Benched 385 on my own and hit 315 today for 2 sets of 10. And hit 600lb rack deads. Very impressed with Beast. And I will do it again in a few months. How long do I need to wait to do another cycle. I think since it was a 8 week cycle, 4 on/4 pct, I should take the same time off. Is this correct? So 8 weeks off?

I am now on PCT, Unleashed and Forma. Will keep my protien up and carbs at a fair amount. I will be walking on the treadmill 3 days a week. And should I add anything to my Beast cycle, Katana, Hella, Deisel? Looking for suggestions for future cycle. Nothing illegal yet! Still doing this job that I need to stay legal!
 
id take at least 8 weeks off if not more.. dont rush it

you need to really bust you ass and fight to keep every once of muscle you gained.. the scale will drop a bit but dont freak just keep eating like a beast and training like one. keep your protein intake very high as well.. dont be afraid to put on a few lbs of fat during pct..

also running beast again just like you did would be a great idea.. no need to stack or add anything.. and next time you will have a much better understanding of everything that goes with a beast cycle.

I dont think I've posted in here but i have been following this from the beginning and just wanted to say GOOD JOB and CONGRATS bro!

Thanks JT, I will take that advice. Been training a loooong time and this has been one of my biggest jumps in size. The biggest Ive ever been. My wife has been with me the whole time, and she said she didnt think I put on any, to very little BF. So Beast works, and will run it again.

Need some help. I am getting some major muscle cramps while on PCT. I am taking forma, Forged PCT, Unleashed, Animal Flex and Pak. I am still drinking alot of fluids and eating alot of good food. My strength is still up and I feel really good other than the cramps. Putting my sock on in the morning I have got some of the worst cramps I have ever had. Had a little cramp in my back after my back workout today. And my calf cramped during a set of pulldowns. I also added a potassium supplement.
 
Have you tried taurine?
I swear by this stuff.
For me it's a real help for back pump which is a form of cramp.
You can get it dirt cheap on eBay, and go for the capsules of pure taurine 1000mg and take 2 a day.

def taurine.. but dont skimp on sodium/potassium

you can go out and buy mortons lite salt and sprinkle some into your water as you drink it during the day
 
Feeling better, no cramps in the last day or so. Added taurine and some extra v-c. I weighed in today after a week of PCT and I am exactly the same weight as last week. So no loss. Strength is still up.
 
Still having some cramps every now and then. I have added bananas and a potassium cap a day. Plus drinking gatoraide and more water. Upped my taurine to 4 a day, and have been taking xtra Vc. Don't know what is going on? Other than the cramps, everything is pretty awesome. Strength is still up, and I will be weighing myself tomorrow. But feel like I am about the same weight.
 
Yes not too bad. I am maintaining about 235, so only about 4-5 pounds lost. Strength is still there as well. I just finished my Unleashed and am working on finishing up my Forged PCT. I am having bloodowrk done right not wit Thyroid, test levels, cholesterol etc...Tto see about the cramping and just general knowledge of whats going on in me. I will post up results when they return.
 
I have been following your progress & it looks like it went well was the beast really worth it or have you had better results using something else

But nothing on the regular supplement market could even come close. I would tell you if it didn't work, because I was skeptical. Don't know your age, but if you got a fair amount of time lifting, your diets in check, and your over 25, I would say go for it. But research the hell out of it.

I'm.19 will be 20 in a couple of months have been lifting for about a year and a half I weigh 150 & I'm 5'7 & I'm thinking in august to start
Bulking up but not sure how to go about it any suggestions

Definately would stay away from prohormones and gear for a few years. Make sure your eating fairly clean but eating alot of food. I would say 1.5g of protein x your body weight and 3g of carbs x your bdy weight. Thats 225g of protein and 450g of carbs. Divide that up by 6 meals. Add a gainer shake to it like Universal Real Gains. Eat chicken and steak. Turkey is good too. Then eat white potatoes and whole grain past and rice. There is alot more to it but you just need to research the hell out of it. If you have any specific questiond please ask. This could go on forever. Your young and seem to be very lean. You just got to eat.

I think 4 day split is golden. 2on 1 off, 2 on 2 off

Legs day 1
Chest/Bi day 2
off
Back day 3
Shoulder/Tri day 4
off
off

For size gains I would recommend no more than 15 sets on everyting except arms and you only need 9 sets for each. Pick compound movements, Squat, bench, deads, overhead press as your starting movement, then just add exercises you like up to your set range and hit everything for 10-12 reps. And change the workout up every week. Keep the split, but say on leg day this week you squat, next week do leg presses as your heavy compound movement. Incline bench one week, and flat the next. DB overhead presses one week, bb OHP the next. Deads/Bent over rows. Dont go over an hour of training. rest time out of the gym is more important. You can grow muscles for 23 hours out of the day, and 1 hour of destroying them. Make sure your eating good quality food and drinking plenty of water. Go with this and the food scheme I said above and you will be golden.
