anything else worth taking
besides protein?
 
L-carnitine only works if you are deficient in this amino acid. If your protein intake is high you should not have a problem.

Amino Fuel... why take that? Unless your diet is bad or you can't get around to eating this is a waste.

B5, B12, B3.. etc. Why not just get a B100 or B50, it comes w/ 50mg of everything or 100mg of all B's.

Why are you taking Vit.D? If you get enough sun (and requirement is very little, even as little as 15 min or your arms) should be enough for your Vit.D you need.

Saw Palmetto will decrease your testosterone production. I wouldn't really take this till after your cycle.

The rest looks good, ALA, Milk Thistle, Cranberry good idea while on winny since i know it's toxic to the liver. And the rest are good additions.

stay away from both of those craps. I took them both and they are crap. Even at very high doses of methoxy it didn't do shit.

If creatine works for you i'd say use it in the end of your cycle. BCAA's are good anticatabolic agents before a work out. L-glutamine is also good anticatabolic before work out and helps recovery significantly. Unless i'm missing something... i wouldn't waste my money.
