Here is my cutting diet layed out

I used this diet to get down to 180lbs @5-6% bf at 5'7". I have been following this to the T for the past 7 months. Strength has not decreased, went from 190 lbs to 180 and look bigger, tighter, more symmetrical than ever! One thing I do not list here is that I take 40g BCAA's daily and use a lot of olive oil for cooking potatoes, meat etc. The fat seems to keep me full, energy up, and test production at max.

6:30 10g BCAA tabs

Morning Cardio (30 minutes HR@150bpm)

8:30 Meal 1: 4 eggs whites
1 medium size sweet potatoe
8 asparagus stalks

11:00 Meal 2: 4 oz chicken
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup broccoli

12:30 10g BCAA tabs/medium coffee black

Weight Training

2:30 Meal 3: 15 g whey protein
4 oz chicken
1 cup broccoli
1 cup white rice

5:00 Meal 4: 4 oz steak
2 medium red potatoes
1 cup broccoli

8:00 Meal 5: 10 oz chicken
8 asparagus stalks
Large green salad

Middle of night 20 g whey protein with 4 fish oil caps


Water intake around 1.5 gallons daily
No sugars
All food cooked with olive oil for healthy fats
no carbs for last meal

approximate Protein= 190g
Fats= 70g
Carbs= 280g

That is basically my diet, but certain days I will cut back carbs and other days I will increase them to help keep glycogen stores full but bf minimized.

Looks good, I'm about the same height, and I'd like to get to that size eventually.. it took you 7 months to drop from 190 to 180?
 
i would change the white rice to brown.... eat more pro. in your first meal.... 8-10 egg whites... i thnk the carbs are kinda high if your cutting... i don't know what you are trying to do with this diet though... for me its either cutting or bulking
 
For the last 5 weeks I have been using test prop 60mg eod and eq 500mg ew with arimidex at .5 mg ed.

I eat white rice post workout, I actually cook chicken and broccolli and white rice and bring it to the gym and eat it immediately after my workout. The white rice is better because the body begin to replenish glycogen stores int eh muscle quicker without having to breakdown the fiber covering over the rice. Any other time I would eat brown.

I could and have increased protein intake in the morning, I will see what happens. I am basically happy with the results and am afraid to make to much change at this time. I used to honestly eat 400g protein daily and gave me know benefit over 200g daily except for added bodyfat. To each his own but high protein did NOT help me grow better. I ate high protein and moderate carbs for 4 years and not unitl I dropped protein to 1 g/lb and upped carbs did I begin to transform my body and grow.
