Hi peeps im new to this so here goes maybe someone can help me. Im 31, 175lbs and pretty fit. Im on my second coarse of juice, Im taking 200mg of deca and 500mg of sustanon once a week over 5 weeks. What i want to know is how much i should be eating ie Protein,carbs per lb of bodyweight or calories per day. I havnt realy altered my diet at the moment but ive only been on the juice for 3 days. Im on about 2000 cals per day at the moment, I dont need to cut up. But obviously i want to get the best gains i can from my course without putting on any unwanted fat. I think i have a slow metabolism because i can put on fat realy easy. Right that will do for now please someone help.
 
i'd go with a balanced diet... or maybe up the protein a little. YOu don't want to deprive yourself of carbs on a cycle if you really want to maximize your gains.
 
You should have sorted this way before you hit the juice, but I guess you know that! As everyone is different, the best question to ask is how have you been going so far? Are you gaining quality weight?
 
I dont know yet as ive only been on the juice for 4 days and just wanted to know if i should up my protein and carbs and by how much if any. The last time i took juice i didnt up my diet any and got gains but wondered if i uped it this time i would get better gains or no more at all. I know everbodys different but wanted to know if other people had uped theirs on juice and what happend and if it was worth trying.:)
 
How much protein are you getting in? Deca works best with high protein so I'd say you need at least 2gs per lb of bodyweight.
