I have been lifting weights for almost 2 years and a half, and have never done cardio(I started out 6 foot 150 pounds so you would see why i wouldnt want to do any cardio whatsoever).Right now i am almost near 200 pounds, but some of that is fat(i have some fat under my chin, which i dont know how that happened because even though im not shredded with a 6 pack, i dont have a gut at all).I was planning to start running 2 days a week. I was hoping someone could tell me how much running i should do each day which will allow me to loose some bodyfat but not too much(Ive heard that too much cardio can cause you too loose muscle mass and that is the main thing i am worried about.)My diet is in pretty good shape. I was eating to gain alot of mass, but starting Monday i am going to cut back on the portions I am eating to help me get more lean..Thanks for reading and feedback.
