I have nerve damage in my left arm. So my left hand shakes very badly. When I use my right delt or left glute I get help from a wall. I can get the needle in with a quick thrust and I can asperate ok but my hand shakes a lot while pushing the plunger. So I stand next to a wall and press the plunger into the wall pushing my whole body while holding the barrel. Works for me.

my friend is wondering if there is anybetter way of shooting in your glute? can you do it sitting down? he said his obliques tend to cramp up and the pin, injects way to slow...

glute, just did it 10 mins ago, smooth and painless 23g 1.5in, sounds like you might be a lil scared of the needle, dont sweat it, my first time i didnt even know the damn thing was in and it slide in easy, like two wet sandbags. lol (40 year old virgin)
