Immediately after I signed up I sent an email to [email protected] and gave him my comfirmation number from paypal, my screenname, and the email addy I used to enroll... then I was up in no time or just like Lobo said you can email him with the info.

Lobo: that was my next step. But it was like 1:30 in the am. Spatts happened to be on and was nice enough to try and troubleshoot. Anyhow, the EF guys sent me a nice email. they had just been on vacation, that's all. I guess it isn't quite automated.
