help with overall well being/health

I’m looking for the best supplements that you would recommend for my overall well-being in my health
I’m currently 45 years old and my numbers on my blood work are a little hot across the board
I’ve used steroids mostly in my late 20s and 30s
I’m hoping that I can take something to really take the edge off my numbers

Overall you should start fasting first if you want health bro
but get some n2guard to get #s down

you won't go wrong with hcgenerate

Omega-3s (fish oil) can help with inflammation and cholesterol, and NAC is great for liver support, especially if you’ve used steroids in the past. CoQ10 is solid for heart health and energy, and magnesium can help with blood pressure and relaxation. Supplements can definitely help, but dialing in your diet and lifestyle will make the biggest difference. Might also be worth getting a full hormone panel to see where everything stands.

@jamesjack good info so you on cycle now?

haha yeah man I have been intermittent fasting for the past 5 months, with a high intake of protein and fat and as my ankle felt better about 3 months ago, maybe a little less, have been doing crossfit for the first time. I don't like it yet, too much cardio, but trying to stick with it. Usually takes me about double this time before I like a new workout

thanks man. Ive been doing it for about 3 months now and try to get in 1.5 hrs but its more like 1 hr with 45 mins of actual workout. Some people in the class are doing a competition I am gonna try for but we'll see how the ankle holds up.

You've done crossfit? I prefer lifting but thought it was time to try something else.
