My obliques and serratus suck. My bodyfat is now low enough for me to see where I'm lagging....please help me...I would just look in my Arnold book or some other training guides I have, but my stuff is packed away cuz I just moved...but training goes on!!!
Please tell me your best moves that require weights....
P.S. I'm a low rep girl...a thousand reps of anything means I won't be doing it....my abs are coming together even with low reps too.
