help with obliques and serratus, please!

My obliques and serratus suck. My bodyfat is now low enough for me to see where I'm lagging....please help me...I would just look in my Arnold book or some other training guides I have, but my stuff is packed away cuz I just moved...but training goes on!!!

Please tell me your best moves that require weights....

P.S. I'm a low rep girl...a thousand reps of anything means I won't be doing it....my abs are coming together even with low reps too.
 
you want your obliques thicker? so you want your waist thicker? anything side bending will work your obliques. how are your intercostals?

My intercostals suck too. I want my obliques to show a bit...they are non-existent. and I want serratus and intercostals to show too.

The only thing I can think of now is a standing next to high pulley cable and concentrating on my sides.

I remember seeing a pic of Arnold hanging upside down with two dumbbells doing upside down rows or something....

...my lats are high up...well developed so far...then when they stop at the waist, I have nothing else. I don't want too much size...just a more 'finished' look.
