help with nutrition and training while taking winny

hi everyone

i have a question regarding my next cycle... but first let me give you some background

29 year old female
training for 13 years
mesomorph - i build muscle easily
weight is 72kg and i am 175 cm tall

i have dieted for a comp before(it was my first time) and i have gained back the weight afterwards :mad:

i have just done another diet just to lean out again and i was running 50mg primo a week , no sides for me...

i am happy with my muscle and would like to harden up and get leaner, my bodyfat is around 12% and in time i would like to go to 10 or 9...

i bought winny tabs(10mg) which i have used before and i want to change my training style for the first time while using aas..

i currently train 6 days a week, musclegroup each day, heavy weights and rep range between 8-15 depending... with cardio as a second workout apart from my weight training...
i need a change though... i want to train interval style, hiit type training, bodyweight exercises and get really sweaty and tired during my workout...what do you think?

i currently eat:
1/2 cup cooked oats
1/2 cup added wheatbran
1 tbsp flax seeds
4 egg whites
cinnamon and stevia

90g pink salmon

250g broccolli cooked in coconut oil
170g chicken breast rolled in coconut flour
1/2 avo

1/2 tub fat free cott cheese
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
cinnamon and stevia

2 scoops whey protein as post workout

large portion green veg/cabbage
mushrooms
170g chick breast (made the same way)

what results can i expect when training and eating like this while on winny 10mg a day? am i going in the right direction?

would like my weight at 68kg if possible for maintance and i like the hard ripped type of physiques with well toned muscle definition but still feminine.... more figure than bikini but not bodybuilding...(no offense though -much respect!!!!!

any advise???:idea:
 
Hey girl,

First off I appreciate giving the background and a thorough look into where you're at. Sounds like you're similar to me in terms of being a mesomorph and what not...

Winny is a favorite of mine, it's an awesome compound. However, you say you're not looking to get huge or go the bodybuilding route...depending on what dosage you take, winny can be good for what your goals are, but me personally I gain like crazy on winny, even on a caloric deficit (I take large dosages though)...have you considered anavar? It's more mild in terms of sides, I don't gain as much on it even at my crazy doses...

Everything is person-dependent though. I'm just comparing you to me since we seem to sound similar. The choice is ultimately up to you.
