I don't really have a clue what you are trying to accomplish or what goals you have so I can't really help you much.

No diet laid out in full no workout routine laid out and no goals posted or reasoning for the compounds you are running.

Wish I could help you out but I don't have enough information from you.

53.4g fat
The rest in carbs/fiber

Goal: cut from 20% to ≈13% bf during the middle of my cut & maintain or slightly gain muscle mass.

Tadalafil: pump
GW: cut fat and preserve mass
igf-1 lr3: cut fat and gain mass

@YouMirinBrah? welcome to EF good to see you talk about this cycle.

A few things.

1) Tadalafil is effective but 10mgs is too much, general pump dose is 2.5mgs-5mgs. You will run out of nitric oxide (NO) in the body and it will mess up your hormone balance if you use too much cialis.

2) 10mgs cardarine is good preworkout but taking cardarine before bed is useless. It's best to take cardarine gw AM and Preworkout all 20mgs. 10/10

3) If you have REAL IGF-1 this will work fine, but I doubt you have real IGF-1, very few true igf-1 sources around.

Now for the real discussion.

The truth is that without knowing details about your diet, training and cardio and supplements, you cutting cycle tells us NOTHING.

@YouMirinBrah? if you want us to really guide you and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your diet, training details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here.

So please start a NEW LOG journal diary thread.

see my other reply to your other thread but i like your other options as opposed to going with igf... not only based on possible sides but also for the wide range of benefits you get stacking... it comes down to your goals?

If you wanted to simplify it slightly you can just dose the GW once per day. It has a 24 hour half-life so you are not getting any "pre workout" effect by splitting and taking before training.
