Let me clarify, appologies...
I last alot of fat with no thermogenics or anything in exterior to plain old cardio....
No I didnt stop lifting, however I did switch to higher reps...
Very-Very little cycle experience, I have read as much as I can on various articles and such on possible cycles, post cycles, ect...there's just such a wide gap of opinions and I know unless you do it yourself to see for yourself..thats the only way you'll know, however if I can minimize any possible mistakes by the "majority" of opinion since u fine gents have by far more experience on hand...I am asking you...
