Help with diet
Hey guys can you please give me some suggestions on a daily meal plan i really want to lower body fat currently approx 20% but i would like to also increase lean muscle mass. 37 years old 197-204 lbs depending how much water i am holding that day thats another problem 5'8" have been lifting since age 13 off and on but would really like to get serious now maybe even compete for fun anyway any help you guys can give me would be appreciated
