When I talk to a potential client I make sure to emphasize that I will not have my phone out or visit with others during their session...they are my number one priority for that 30-60 minutes. To me texting while training is a big no no.

In dealing with a lot of people being honest is the best. This way they know where you are coming from now of course when you own a personal trainer business you take what you can get....you might have called her when she is with a client. How ever if you feel that she is not giving you enough for it to be a work out then there is a problem. So the bottom line if I was in you position I would tell I like your teachings I see the results but can you turn off the phone for the first part of the sessions then when I get in to my rhythm you can turn it on something like that.
