Sorry to yell help just did not know how to post this to get you guys to read it...I have been juicing for about 14 yrs. my glutes are so hard to get a needle into...i mean HARD 1.5 inch so if i force it i need someone to use 2 hands just to get the oil in...then i have a huge knot for a week or more and pain same with quads and delt...i know it is scar tissue ...so i went to lats a few cycles ago and now the same problem with them...what do i do? i am sure others have this problem. The pros gotta have it so what do i do just keep jamming it in the hard spots? i have moved every place on each of those sites i can and after all the years they r now all the same. I assume the stuff is still absorbed but at a slower rate. Am i correct? Tips please...is this normal.

THANKS SORRY FOR THE BOOK LIKE POST!

Bro, go to spotinjections.com and utilize every spot possible. Quads, delts, and so on.

you could try cortisone shots in these 'knots' . that will take down the scar tissue. ive had cort shots before,(but not for 'knots' from shots) and recently had to take some cort pills- didnt notice a loss of muscle like you would think. ive used alot of juice, ive never had these 'knots'. maybe your body develops keloids, a tougher scar tissue. the cort shots will work , but then the scar tissue might come right back after more shots. you have to admit, 15 years is a good long run

i use as small a needle as i can...almost my whole ass feels like rock always same with quads.delts etc... it is really funny when i get my deep tisssue massages every week...the girl says i feel like i have metal in me LOL I NEED HELP LOL

this will help........use a hot washcloth place over the area where the inj will take place draw with an 18guage-replace with a 23G swab with alcohol and shoot---the sharper the pin is the less damage you will have in developing scar tissue!!!!!
