Help trainning back

i've been lifting for 3 years now and i can't seem to get my upper back to come in. Also, my right anterior delt is much more developed thatn my left, therefoe forcing my left pec to grow morew than my right (it also has to do with the fact that my right tri is larger and stronger). Yea... i'm a damn mess. What do you guys recommend.

I have problems with my upper back as well.I've found that seated cable rows using a rope handle work well , using a 1 or 2 sec pause in the contracted position on each rep.Once I can't hold the contracted position for the alloted time, I stop the set. Also, seated bent-over lateral raises using the same technique have worked well. The dumbells really force equal development of the muscle groups.

Try this!

Most people dont even feel a pump or even feel the lats at all when they workout........I had this problem for years! Try this out........
Use an exercise like pullovers then superset that will close grip (palms up grip) pulldowns. Stop at the contracted position at each rep for 1 sec. u will notice the differance!
To prove my point.......do a bent over row with a semi-wide grip (contract your lats at the top), then do a closer grip with it and you will notice you are able to contract your lats with more intensity with a closer grip. This should bring up your lats!
