Ok i need some vets inputs.I have alot of supplements I have bought and not to sure what and how to take them.I am trying to add mass but not hold any water.Supplements are Myo-Blast,cell tech,nitro tech, hydroxycut,ala,milk thistle,and of course a mutli-vitamen.What should I take and what should I not take.I am thinking of going on a sus and winny cycle along with it.And my stats are 6'1 248 with around 18-20 percent bf.So I am trying not to gain a lot of water.Can you bro's give me a little advise on what I should do.Thanks



Ps Does the milk thistle hurt your cycles.Cause on the bottle it says it gets rid of harmful chemiclas in the body.Thanks
 
I was in ur same shoes, minuse the test, went from 24% bodyfat down to 12.5% from 250 to 210 now at 6'2". I would return the Nitrotech and get some better whey, as you are just paying for "hype" with Nitrotech. As for Hydroxycut, just make sure you do the dosage chart in it at first, and only take 2 pills at a time for a while, as I found that the first month I took it I could go off of 2 pills, but had to jump to 3 pills at month 3. I dont' know a whole lot bout creatine and effects with test, so I can't help you there, but if you want to PM me about any other aspects of my cutting diet, I will be glad to send you a copy of my workout and dieting plan.

Good luck with your plan man, I love to see people losing weight and becoming ripped.

your trying to add mass, but at your bf... i think that you should probably drop some bodyfat as well.... its really not possible to gain muscle while losing fat( you can do it slightly) unless your a beginner or your using a keto diet( and then still you are going to get the best results as if you were bulk/cut)

my advice to you is keep the multi, the hydroxycut, and like slugfast said... return the nitro tech..... and get yourself a good protein powder with a good amino acid profile. you might want to drop some bodyfat... until you feel comfortable to build back up again... its like tearing down a building, except for the foundation, only to build it back up stronger again

usually when your in the upper teens in body fat you should cut before you add mass alot of the stuff your taking will add water/mass. If i was in your shoes id cut then gain, since its REALLY hard to do both at once
 
you have to build the house before you paint it. get big and strong then cut imo, the more muscle you have the more calories you burn
 
i agree return the nitrotech for a less expensive good quality whey.....return the myo-blast cause that's just a bunch of bullshit hype....it won't do anything but empty your pocket.....

judging from aas youre planning to use....i'd say you'd be best off to cut.....i've heard alot of people can successfully cut with test....and winny is always good for cutting......just make sure you're following a cutting diet and you get a good anti-e to keep off the water weight.,.....definitely use the ala and milk thistle for liver protection.....if you are gonna cut use the hydroxycut but start out slow to see how well you can tolerate the stimulants.....

if you decide to bulk i'd say only use the hydroxy cut pre-workout for energy....and use the creatine also, but if it's cell tech or any creatine with dextrose use it only post workout.....but keep your diet as clean as possible.....bulking isn't devouring everything in site.....look for lean meat sources.....low GI carbs.....healthy fats.....you can find all kinds of info on that in the diet forum....

you could also use creatine on a cutting diet......but you'd be much better off getting plan creatine monohydrate and ordering some dextrose seperate....that way you can use a smaller amount of sugar post-workout......plus you already have the ala.....

and remembeer.....drink a shitload of water.....especially it you juice.....

Well, I'd junk the Myo-blast (it's worthless). I'd return the Nitro-tech and just by a big back of good whey protein like the Optimum Nutrition 10 lb. bag, junk the cell-tech, it's just creatine & sugar, you don't need to pay that much for it.

If you want to use hydroxycut I recommend using it to diet first to cut down a little before you start your cycle.

Also milk thistle is a good idea, it should give you some liver support while your hammering it with those anabolics.
