SO I RUN 3X WEEK SWIM 2X WEEK AND CYCLE 2-3X WEEK.
MY COACH SAYS NOT TO DO SO MANY SETS.
FOR EXAMPLE, 8 X 8 REPS FOR HAMSTRINGS.
I DO A NUMBER OF BASIC EXERCISES(3-4)PER
BODY PART.
ANY ADVISE ON TRAINING??????
