I'm at 200 pounds with an estimated of 155 pounds of Lean Muscle and 45 fat. I'm starting the 5x5 Routine after I find out 5RM on all things this week and am now tweaking my diet to insure muscle growth and kill fat. I'm not looking to kill the numbers on my scale, I'm looking to kill numbers body fat % wise.
I need higher amount of carbs to burn as fuel for work, I do a factory job so energy is required. I was planning on doing 250-300g of protein a day. Too high?
Other question, when should I have all my carbs in? Last time I eat heavy amount of carbs would be right after my work out and rest of the night Fats and Proteins? I read several places but if there is something out there, apperntly I can't comprehend it.
