So the question is... how do I get from current to exemestane solo. Immediate or titration over? Also, I only have acces to 20 mg exemestane caplets. Any suggestion on weekly dosing, timing knowing that? Most of the above posts showed a lower dose more frequently than I can achieve with the pills on hand.
So the questions I have are
1 how best to mkpake that change knowing I’m already running all 3. I was planning to titration my way there.
2 I only have access to 20mg caplets of exemestane that can’t be cut up. Suggestions on appropriate dosing over a week? Seems like most are suggesting smaller doses more frequently that I can’t do.

Just stop all the other stuff and make a hard transition. If you cant split up the capsule then just dose 20mg twice per week. It has a longer half life so that is no problem at all.
