Im about to be a freshmen in college and I really want to start getting my abs to show. I noticed a thread below and it had some good info but I really have no clue where to even start. I dont know what kind of things I should be eating, how much, and when. I have no idea how much cardio I should be doing although I have been doing a lot of crunches and bicycle crunches lately. If someone can get me started I would really appreciate it.
