nah bro. you think its harsh now.. but trust me you will look back and be like 'shit i should of listened'
the thing with dbol is it aromatizes more than any other AAS out there, so you will get a ton of water weight. so what will happen is you will look like a bloated fish on this and gain a bunch of water weight which is only temporary. really not the look you should be aiming for here.
get your stuff together first before running this and i know its not the advice you want to hear and you will probably not listen to me but it is the correct advice
i know your friend there told you to run nolva, but that is only because it is a cheap piece of crap SERM that will cripple your estrogen and hurt your gains and mood/libido. you need to run either adex or aromasin and if you can get a hold of it forma is your best bet.. i'm gonna tell you how it is, i'm not gonna waste your time and tell you to go ahead and run it and hope for the best.. i'm assuming you want to get the best results possible correct?

Now thts a good advice.. srry fr d previous comment. . Adex or aromasin for pct or during cycle?? Yes I wanna keep the gained results for real n nt temporary.. n yes m gathering all needed products n info before getting into the cycle..

dbol aromatizes so yes you need an AI during it unless you want to bloat up .. if you take no AI you will retain a lot of water which will lead to a watery look and you will also get a lot of sides. not what we want.
if you control estrogen during cycle then pct will be a breeze. with a short acting oral like dbol pct is much easier than a long acting injectable . slumdog millionaire was an awesome movie btw, i really enjoyed it

do you really shit on one of those boardwalk things? that is pretty disgusting.
anyway creatine can be added anytime.. for a skinny dude like you it might not be a bad idea to add it coming off cycle
I can't take any creatine except Nitrate without blowing up like a puffer fish and looking incredibly bloated and sloppy. The nitrate is so much more expensive that I don't stay on it full time but I definitely still use it.
