Help me with eggs? (i hate them)

Even if its just breakfast I would like to add eggs. (eggwhites)
If I were to go the route of an "egg white in a carton" what would be the best choice?
Problem is the taste. I hate the taste. I know there isnt much taste to a scrambled egg(so i'm told) but its gross IMHO. I could do egg whites in a shake most likely.
Any suggestions guys?
 
Over easy whole omega three eggs and Ezekiel Raisin toast ftw.

It's the only way I can eat eggs, and it's almost always my breakfast.
 
If you want to try some kick ass ways that will make you love eggs give these a try.

Get bread, any you want. And take as many egg whites, egg wholes anything and put it into a big bowl. Mix it together, Then get the bread, and crumble it with your hands, so they are medium/little sized pieces, i would normally just go nuts and rip apart the bread till its little lol. Say you have 6 eggs, use 3 - 4 breads. Put the bread crumbs into the egg bowl, beat it together very well so the eggs get soaked into the bread crumbs. Then put it on the pan, and cook them. Tastes great!!! like french toast.

Second thing that has worked for me during cutting is i get 3 egg whites, 1 whole at egg and beat it very well into a bowl. Get some chocolate protein, or anything protein other than vanilla. Put 1 scoop into the bowl and beat it thoroughly, so its somewhat smooth, not all chunky. here is the key part.
Put it into the pan, cook for maybe 2minutes on low heat, or w/e, you DON'T want to overcook it, just undercooked a little. Then, when you go to flip it,do not flip The ENTIRE THING!!! this is very important, flip say half onto the other half, or quarters just make it a fail flip. Reason being, when you go to eat the egg, it tastes so great you would want to eat it all the time. It sort of tastes like chocolate egg custard, or w/e that stuff is. It tastes amazing, if you want a video of it lmk, i might be able to video myself making it one morning.

Last way is just get bunch of fruits, scoop or 2 of protein, milk or water, some veggies if you really want, and mix it in a blender. You won't taste the eggs one bit.

Yeah, the bread/french toast thing sounds good. I would use whole wheat or oat wheat nut(or whatever it is) But It seems if I were on any sort of cutting cycle with or without AAS it seems that 3 or 4 slices of bread would be a bit much as far as carbs.
I'm going to buy a 4 pint container of the stuff in the link i posted and just put them in my shakes and try that also.
 
Man I always brown some LEAN ground beef, strain, and make omlettes or scrambled eggs with it...maybe throw in a little bit of hot sauce to help drown out the flavor of the egg. I use omega eggs also, some ezekiel bread toasted with smart balance butter and garlic powder.. makes for a good meal. Lots of protein and omegas
 
I lilke salsa in eggwhites, just regular old salsa in regular old eggwhites-scrambled or microwaved-i add a little italian seasoning too. it just tastes tomatoey.
 
egg whites, turkey bacon, and a good hot salsa is bad ass. if you put it in a whole grain wrap with shredded mexican cheese in it its even better.

egg whites go well in a shake. you can squeeze a few in there without killing the shake. try this

2 scoops vanilla whey
4 egg whites
1.5 cup milk
1/4 cup frozen berries
you can also add oats i you want
blended
 
I LOOOOOVE scrambled egg-whites with a yolk thrown in....

I cook up some onions/fresh mushrooms/diced fresh bell peppers in a skillet....teeny drop of olive oil. Once those are a little cooked I throw in the egg whites and cook them until they are fluffy and NOT runny. I add pepper while they are cooking, and then when they are done I pile them in a bowl and drown them in really hot salsa! That is probably my favorite thing to eat - I could eat those three times a day! High content/good protein - low carb/low calorie....YUM!

ive done the peppers, mushrooms, and onions and ive done the hot salsa but never together. that sounds great thanks.
 
i didnt really like the taste. i added some salsa and rice and then it was ok.
 
Eggs ham/chicken/bacon, fried onions, mushrooms, cheese, salsa- in a burrito= good shit
or egg and milk shots- 1 raw egg + 1 oz of milk- shoot it!!! I do four of these if I'm not in the mood to eat- I get tired of eating so much sometimes.
 
i use to have raw eggs inspired by rocky movies lol, but then i found out theres a risk samonela poisioning so i stopped. what i do now is i boil the eggs the night before remove the yolks and fridge them, then for breakfast put the egg whites in a blender mix some oats in there about 20 almonds some hone two bananas some nesquiky for taste and guzzle that down it does taste bad sometimes but i dont care bout taste i need my calories
 
Whole wheat tortilla, heated...spread refried beans (low fat or fat free if youre worried about calories), add over easy/scrambled/whites only, top with cheese (low fat or fat free if youre worried about calories) and sour cream (low fat or fat free if youre worried about calories), and tons of salsa of your choice (and hot sauce of course). Delicious.
