I am 6'3 300 as of present and 2 scoops is pleanty

remember to take it as a "shot"

and chase with apple juice

any unpleasant taste will only last 3 seconds by that method.

Try 1 full scoop first to assess tolerance

if one scoop is not enough take 2

NEVER ecceed 2 scoops

Im gonna be giving this product a go tomorrow for the first time. Can I hammer down 2 scoops right off the bat, or should I start with one?

if you got the previous Batch
2 scoops will be great

if you got the new Batch try one scoop first to assess tolerance..

both are potent but the new one has more of a " stim kick" to it
