Help me pick out a pair of captain crush grippers.

Just received my Heavy grippers today.

The 100's are unblieveably easy. They're only slightly harder than my previous pair I bought at the sporting goods store. The 150 will be a good challenge for me. I can close it once if I use all my strength to. Other than that the 150 should be a good training point for me. Looking forward to 200's after this.

O just got 53 reps with my right hand on the 150  I saw a youtube video of a guy doing the Number 3 CoC gripper for like 50 reps. Now that is impressive.

Does grip strength go down along with weight loss?

Also, should I train grip everyday with the grippers? I usually just do a few sets while sitting infront of the computer waiting for things to load etc.

I train once per week with the grippers. Some people suggest everyday, but most say 2-3 times a week. Interestingly enough, I lost a bunch of weight and strength on a backpacking trip but my grip was actually stronger after the trip
