Help Me out bros! Torn Satorious muscle

Today I just found out today that one of my legs has a torn satorious basically its between the groin and the abductor. Doctor said I don't need surgery yet, BUT can't workout legs for 4 weeks or so. What can I do to make it heal faster? Would HGH or anything similar speed up the process? I have not done a cycle of AAS yet and I'm around 25. Looking for some help asap. Will give all my karma away if necessary!

Do you have a tear or is it completely torn. If it is completely torn the only thing that will help you is rest. I'm assuming that since you do not have to have surgery it is a tear. I have read reports stating that HGH has an effect on helping muscles and tendons recovering from injuries.

The best thing for you is rest bro. Take the 4 weeks off of legs to recover and come back strong.

4 weeks off legs really isnt that long at all. Just focus and work hard where you can, like I said I wouldnt worry about 4 weeks.

It was noted as a strain, which is known as a partial tear, family doc says tear, otho doc says strain and not completely torn. I'm very depressed to be honest. I don't plan on working out lowerbody for at least 4 weeks. I was needing something that will help heal and possibly keep me from losing size.

Well, the only thing keeping you out then is pain from the strain. I personally would rather take 4 weeks off of legs and then come back strong. The only thing that I could think of that could help is deca. Deca cures all aches and pains. My buddy had back surgery and used deca to help reduce the pain post surgery. Best bet if you are going to fight through this.

True on therelieves pain part, but it just masks it meaning hecould end up hurting himself even more. Someone posted a study on it awhile back, it was good.

Yes. I know this. He seems content on doing legs. Deca would mask the pain and he could do more wear and tear on the strain without realizing it. In no way did I say that Deca would cure his strain, just the aches and pain so that if he was going to go through with doing legs, which i dont recommend, but he would be able to do so with less pain. Yes, it has been documented that users using Deca had torn ligaments, tendons, muscles during use and only realized they had once they came off of it.

I'm not going to do legs. I'm not content on doing legs. I'm trying to find out what will speed up the healing process and get me back under the bar. I don't want to lose the mass on my legs or have it turn to fat.

ive had lots of injuries bro, 2 knee, 2 foot and 1 possibly another shoulder operations. with my experiance you should wait at least 4 weeks as the doc said. I started training my shoulder before I was supposed to after surgery, now i screwed it up even worse and possibly have to have another. IMO i would not take anything to mask the pain in order to work out.
good luck

I dont have any pain sitting around. Its only when doing squats. I'm not posting to get thing to mask any pain. Trying to find the fastest way for the tissue to heal

I read a study on loosing muscle. I takes something around 3 weeks to begin loosing muscle. Not sure its been a while. Hopefully 4 weeks won't be to hard on you. Unless you just came off then it could be a mo fo. g/l
