Help me find girlfriends macros

I have no experience finding macros for females so some help would be appreciated. She recently came off a "starvation diet" (she just barely didnt eat anything at all) and I got her back on track, I found some online calculators and kind of placed her current caloric intake in 1400 and been bumping it down by 50 per week, she's at 1250 right now.
I just have seen that some females consume a lot more calories and are smaller than her.

Her stats are"
5'8 167.2 lbs and she works out about 5x a week, she currently is doing the Erin Stern workout here in BB.com

I'm trying to get her back on track so any help would be appreciated.
I had her eat 1400 calories for about 2 weeks after her non eating period to "regulate her metabolism" a little (Probably some broscience but I found it here on the misc)

is she losing weight on her current cals?

if not i would put her at like 1500-1700 cals for a few months and let her body recover as it may be in a "survival mode" doing everything it can to hold onto stored energy. after a few months slowly drop her cals until she starts losing weight again and i bet she will find it much easier if she gives her body time to recover.
 
She's losing weight but fluctuating up and down, shes an overall 7 lbs lighter but she's been going up and down a lot, maybe water weight?
 
if she isnt on gear and her diet is fairly consistent it shouldn't really be too much water fluctuations. id put her on like 1500 cals and have her lose weight a little slower whilst also having a more comfortable intake of food.
