HELP!! Killer headaches every workout

Most likely a muscle contraction headache. When you poke the back of your head, upper neck, does it feel sensitive and sore? If, so muscle contraction - those muscles are cramped up. Not much you can do but apply cold, heat, analgesics until it goes away.

If your BP is high take an aspirin. It will thin your blood and help to lower your BP. If the pain goes away then you know what the problem is. And take it before you train.

That's definitely what it is. I'm taking 2 weeks off lifting to let it heal and will be using ice every day. Just sucks it's right in the middle of my cycle. At least I'll still have 4 more weeks left after it heals (assuming it heals in 2 weeks like it did the last time this happened to me).

It's not a BP problem. Couple posts up I mentioned I bought a blood pressure meter. My BP is in the normal range.

had the sdame issue, added oatmeal to my pre workout protein shake and that took care of it,, key is complex carbs preworkout

i have a killer headache on the top of my head and sometimes behind my eyes pretty much all the time, if its not real bad, its just really tight like i have a head cold, it started about 4-5 weeks after coming of a tren acetate cycle, ive had mris catscans blood work eye exam the works, and nothing seems to be wrong, as far as the headaches while lifting go, it could be a strain in ur neck like was mentioned, the muscles in the very back of the neck get tight and strained esp when pressin ur head back against a bench while pushing, could aslo be from not breathing correctly while lifting heavey while at the same time straining the neck........as far as i go, i guess im just gonna have to live with a headache forever lol
