Did the fat stay off? Or did you rebound the minute you went off the T3 and started eating more kcals? If so, how hard did you rebound?
T3 isn't a long term solution; it's one thing if you're prepping for a competition and are striving for extreme, TEMPORARY levels of leanness; if you're trying to permanently lose fat, T3 isn't the route to go.
