help!!eca or other

hey guyz im posting this for the people who have had the same thing happen to them.im 230lbs about 27%bf 5"10.
24 years old and a gym goer.
so my question is what is the best and fastest way to lose fat and get down to about 165 170...eca or clen??
 
hmm let me see here. Sounds like your a little to impatient and your looking for a quick fix. Listen, there is no such thing as shortcuts and "easy ways out" for losing fat. The first priority is diet. your going to have to start eating cleaner and start burning more calories than you consume. Dieting is no easy task thats why if you want to stick to eat you need to go on an eating plan. Start by eating 5-7 small meals a day to boost you metabolim and drink at least 1-2 gallons of water a day. Results will come if you stick with it and stay focused.

Quickest way to lose that much weight?....Cut off both of your legs:) If you want to lose the weight you have to commit to eating right. One of my roommates used to be 215 lbs. Then when we started working out together he became more consious of what he was eating and decided to watch his diet. Over the summer he ran about 2 miles and he got into swimming everyday and combined with his diet he got down to a ripped 160 at 5%bf. (no he didnt lose muscle (he could bench 330) or take any drugs...not even ECA) It wasnt easy for him and it took alot of commitment. If you need some motivation just picture what you want to look like, then do what it takes to get you there. Good luck bro

At that standing I would go w/ ECA, and I would prolly only take it pre-workout. Since you can lose alot through normal diet and excercise but its hard to get motivated to really hit it in the gym, specially if your just starting, ECA will give you energy that you won't know what else to do with except hit the weights and cardio. Just start off slow on it, no sense in going into cardiac arrest.
 
90% of your losing weight comes with diet.... if you're doing something like ECA and eating the crap you used to it, it isnt gonna stay off, and you lose a lot of water weight, so it looks good one the scale, but your body fat will go nowhere and if it does it will be temporary...... i was 5'10 and 273 at about 25-30 bodyfat..... now im about 260 and at 18% i got my diet straight... worked like that for a couple of months and then went to the ECA cuz i knew i had everything else in balance.... the most important thing that i never did till i really started seeing the bodyfat shed was drink a lot of water and lift.... as you put on muscle you will need more calories to keep it going, so you burn off more claories no matter what you do when you add pounds of muscle to yourself.... and dont go by the scale cuz if you are burning fat and putting on muscles the numbers are gonna mess with your head... at beginning of spring last year i was about 250, started with my ECA and by the time school was out (may) i was only 245, but i dropped about 10% of my bodyfat.... so dont rely solely on numbers you wont always get what you're lookin for...... and drink as much water as possible try for an ounce of water to every pound of bodyfat thats what worked for me.... keep up your cardio and lift lift lift.... again with the ECA or clen..... they both work like i said if you got your diet in check and can keep it there.... it worked for me so im not gonna tell you not to do it, just wait a bit till you are ready.... good luck bro
 
I think the main thing you are looking for is DIET: yet, I would recommend you use 2 weeks clen/2 weeks eca/1 week off/2 weeks clen/3 weeks eca/2 weeks off/2 weeks clen/then stay w/ eca the rest of the way.

I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON MY DIET FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS OR SO.IM READY TO INCORPERATE SOME KIND OF REMEDY TO MY ROUTINE LIKE CLEN. I CAN USE MORE TIME WITH CARDIO THOUGH ,BUT I GET MY LIFT ON 4-5 DAYS A WEEK. IM TAKING IN ABOUT 50 CARBS A DAY IS THAT ENOUGH OR SHOULD I BUMP IT UP? WILL CLEN HELP ME STAY ON THE TREAD MILL LONGER I HAVE THE DISCIPLINE TO GET ON BUT TO STAY ON IS A BITCH. MY MAX IS ABOUT 24 MIN THEN I JUST WANT TO GET OFF NOT REALLY TIRED JUST SICK OF IT:bawling: BUT I KNOW ITS A STAPLE TO LOSING FAT SO I NEED A GOOD KICK. AGAIN I WANNA THANK YOU BROS FOR HITTIN ME BACK!!!!.... PEACE.
