HELP! Dr. Just told me I gotta take 4 weeks off all excercise - and Im mid test cycle

I have a fractured L1, cracked rib, bruised rib and busted up kidney (its looked like I was pissin Killian's since it happened Sunday mornin - finally stopped yesterday evening!). Long story short, I cant do SHIT for 3-4 weeks in the gym. Im on a 10 week Test250 (currently would be ending week 6) standalone cycle - my first ever, 500mg test 250/wk, 2 injects per week, and I skipped both last week as I didint know the severity of the injury and assumed I could just pick back up a week later. I only have 9ml of test left, and I dont have a source so I need to make this worth it, but I know I cant just stop injecting this shit unless I decide Im done and start PCT. Then Im left with a dissapointing cycle and extra gear, and not enough to do anything with!!. What should I do - a 250 shot once a week till Im back in the gym just for maintenance, or will that drop the levels too much? Im freakin the hell out, I dont know how Im gonna be out for a month sanity wise, much less wastin this cycle. Help me out please, I know I cant ask for a source but fuck if I knew where to get another bottle of test Id just continue the cycle, extend it to 14 weeks, and still get 10 good working weeks out of it... or is this bad thinking? Any advice appreciated, like I said Im goin nuts about this!!! Thanks

Your health is more important than a freaking cycle, stop, and in 2 weeks start PCT

its gonna take longer than 4 weeks to heal properly. to extend the cycle will be setting yourself up for a more permanent injury!

If you have maintained a solid foundation then even after 3 months muscle memory will kick in and you'll be back to where you were in no time.

Thanks for the response - not what I wanted to hear but thats why I ask and not just do what sounds good! Trust me, as much as it kills me to ruin a cycle I am certainly not the type to let that cloud my overall judgement, or risk exacerbating this injury or creating a new one just being hard headed, but I may have overstated the damage after re-reading my post. Is your advice still the same? Let me make sure that Im clear about the exact degree of injury, as what I said sounded pretty intense, but I did it sunday and they didnt get my CT scan ordered till Wednesday and my Dr. appt was yesterday, so I was walking around on it for a few days with the doctors knowledge untreated, and I dont feel like they would have let me do that if I was in that bad of shape. I feel much better than I did a couple days ago, my range of motion has almost completely returned. Also, Im not in a brace or anything now nor did they ever give me one... both the back and the rib injuries were overlooked on the initial xrays, and it took a CT scan to pick them up. The main concern at the time was the hematoma on the kidney, which will be fine in a few days. It IS an L1 spinal fracture but its transvers and not broken off, just a crack, but it is an L1 fracture, granted, so just locationwise its a nightmare! The doctor is tellin me that I can get on an excercise bike immediately, maybe on the elliptical in a week, and wants to see me in 3 weeks to release me for lifting, he didnt say how light though. Are you saying to cut the cycle because you assumed the degree of injury was worse, or because you feel that it will still be long enough even after that three or four weeks that Im actually lifting at 100% it isnt worth it too keep the cycle up? And if I find out I truly can get back at it in 3 -6weeks how would I go about suspending, maintaining, or continuing the cycle until that time? Thanks for your time!

See what your Dr says in 3 weeks,in the meantime just stop the cycle,do light movements, running a cycle now is the purpose of getting stronger and building muscle,but not when theres an injury,there will be many more cycles in the future.

damn that sucks. i'd stop and go into pct, no sense of being on gear when you can't even workout.

Yeah, thats what Im thinkin, but Id hate to find out here in 3 weeks once Ive been on PCT for a couple weeks that Im cool to go back when I could have just added a couple weeks to the cycle and lived with pinnin 4 or 5 ml of test to "hold my place" in the cycle... if Im gonnna have to be sedintary like that and cost isnt an issue id rather have the test in me than otherwise, its not like you dont get ANY benefit taking steroids and not working out... @Radar - Its okay to just stop and pick up 3 or 4 weeks later? I figured anything past a week or two would be too long? or, like I said earlier, you would need a "maintenance" shot in there at some point?

and just an FYI... and to bump my post... I can do pushups without even feeling it in the injured areas. Im gonna call and tell the doctor this monday, but if I can put in SOME work, or lots of CERTAIN work in the gym and the gear is gonna go to waste anyway why would I not stay on till the end of cycle? This is a legit question not an argument... If my body is gonna be predisposed to store less fat, burn more fat, and build muscle on the test -even if Im not maximizing this by hittin the gym hard - why would I just cut the cycle off? Especially, as I mentioned, with no new source in sight and not enough left to start a new cycle? Will the Test injections have a negetive effect if Im not doing something physically demanding?

man bro quit bein hard headed and just say fuk this cycle man back injuries are a big fukn deal if you dont recover right you're gonna pay for it the rest of your life, u have the rest of your life to do joos and accomplish any training goals you have as long as you remain healthy and uninjured, its time for you to make a grown up decision here and do what's best for you in the long run, not tryin to be harsh but i know a lot of people that suffer from back pain and it's no joke, if you have the ability to recover fully then consider yourself lucky and focus on that
