shit man.....
it always hard to hear about bros who have depression. its hard when youre depressed. everything becomes tedious and may seem pointless at times. I have had bouts of serious depression in my time, but usually after a traumatizing experience instead of a chemical imbalance; which seems like what you have going on. 7 months sounds like a long as time to be on gear from everything I've been learning here on the board. your body has become accustomed to not having to use its own supply of test. what you need to do now is the following:
1. eat right. high energy foods, stay away from junk food.. and drink a lot of water.
2. keep exercising, try to run a few times a week or BOXING is good, too
3. meditate... sit somewhere you are completely comfortable, where you are not using any muscles to support yourself up, close your eyes, maybe have some incense going.. and just allow your thoughts to flow. try not to focus on anything in particular, just let thoughts flow like a river through your mind. this will help you mentally.
4. set goals, realize why you do what you do from day to day and where you are trying to be.
5. give your body time. you put chemicals in your body for 7 months straight. now you need to let your body realize it needs to produce its own.
keep your head up,
