I'm 5'6 weight 174 BF% - 18% IM tones from my upper body but i can't seem to get rid of my beer belly it's not as bad i can see the top of my abs just a little shhould i take dianobol or continue to try to shred. my diet is on point with macro count.

6 meals a day

carbs 23grams a meal

fatty acid 8 grams each meal

protein 36 grama each meal

for my pht will be basic

I'm new to this, I know how newbies can be annoying, sorry if I annoy anyone with these questions. I just want the right advice from all you guru's!

I'm 24, I thought so to but that is the only anobolic gear I could get a hold of. I'm taking it with N anti estrogen.

You need to increase your cardio, there are several ways you can go about this, Jump Rope, Sprints then moderate jog on the tread mill, or superset the Training back to back with little or no rest, every now an then add 100 reps to your routine, i would drop the Dbol back to 15mg a week 1 tab mon, 1-wed-1-Fri
This will still help you add muscle but without the sides and bloat.
