help choosing a steroid for injury repair for a boxer.

HI ladies.

I need advice on choosing a substance to help with injury repair. Sorry if this is the wrong forum, or a double question.

I'll give you some background info, and I'd appriciate any feedback.

I am a Thai boxer, and martial artist, and over the years I have had some injuries that just won't heal. Mainly in my elbow and knee joints. I have had a few friends (male) who have used steroids to help them recover from injury, but no female friends that I know of.

My point is, that for boxing, I can't afford to put on much weight because my reach/height is not long enough to be in the heavier categories. To loose weight would not present the same problems, as to put it on, as I'm always trying to cut weight for fights, but that is not the primary objective.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, and if you need more info on how I train/diet/vital stats, just let me know.

Thanks.

oxandrolone is a great choice for tissue repair. There's good clinical evidence for it's efficacy in accelerating collgen synthesis. Avoiding additional muscular bodyweight is easy if you keep your calories at break even.

You should also consider adding the aminos L-proline, L-lysine, and some plain old vitamin C. Try a vendor like Pure Bulk to get very pure pharmaceutical grade aminos. You would want to take your aminos on an empty stomach, twice daily. Probably 1 gram at each dose. Take them at least an hour away from whole food protein or any other aminos you might be taking.

I would be very careful with any steroids. I boxed for years and all I did was hurt myself more when I took them. In particular to my joints, tendons and ligaments. Your muscles will increase in size and strength and that will just make the problem worse.
The real answer is time off. I hated to hear it when I was hurt but its true!
