do this:


eat 10 -12 x bodyweight.



that that number times 0.4 = protein cals


that number times 0.3 for carb and fat calories

So I will lose weight better at 1760 calories? I can handle bumping up the calories as long as its the best way to do it. You know more about it than I do so I will give it a shot.
 
All of the above advice is right on.... I don't see anything to add....

But looking at your pics, I don't see anywhere else for you to lose bodyfat, unless it's from between your ears....LOL
