Help and Advice for 3rd Cycle

Okay so i want to start planning my third cycle. Here is some info and history..

First cycle: 8 weeks Test e @ 600mg per week.
Second cycle: 16 weeks Sust/Deca (stopped deca at 14 weeks) ran 6 week pct

I'm currently only about 10 weeks of my second cycle (sust/deca). Basically i finished my cycle.. waited 4 weeks, did 6 weeks PCT, and now im currently bridging with Ostarine.. Ill run ostarine for 12 weeks total. And from what i've read i should wait the amount of time i was on... before i start another cycle.. So does this mean i must wait 16 weeks after pct? or before pct?

Okay so for my 3rd cycle.. I was thinking of running test only.. Like test e or test c, and kick start and end with test prop..nor maybe run test prop throughout? I'm currently running 5UI Hygetropin ED... My body is looking good.. Ill be running the hgh for another 8 months or so.. So i think adding test to this will get some good gains..

How would this look?
Test P: 300/300/300/300
Test C: 300/300/300/300/600/600/600/600/600/600
And whilst waiting for PCT... Test P: 10-14 600mg (taper down as PCT gets nearer)

Also should I run a higher dosage? Also I should run HCG throughout?

time on cycle is your cycle AND pct... that means you have a 22 week waiting time... as far as your next cycle... try test prop this time... run it 10 weeks at 100 mg eod... i would add gw-501516 to it... I would also consider adding s4 as well... you are good to just run those together... run the cycle like this...

1-10 test prop 100 mg eod

My only question is: is 100mg EOD enough? Considering what I ran from my last cycles... Actually wait test prop as a higher concentration of test right?

Also what if I want to cycle right after my 12 week ostarine bridge? Providing that I get bloods of course.. Or is that just a big no no? I've only cycled twice before.. And both of those are in the last 3 years.

as long as you have had the proper time off then its fine...
