I dont want to be a dick man, but AAS at 137 lb is not going to work my friend. at 6'3 you should be able to hit 200 lb natty easy. Please do not consider the AAS route or the "quick fix" route. Why do you want to get big all the sudden if you dont' mind me asking? Do you like going to the gym and hitting the weights a few times a week and the feeling it gives you?
