Height

Is there a way to get taller using a specific diet, like someone said, a lot of milk and eggs?
Are there any other 'special' foods that can make you get taller?

I got to 6'2 at age 15 and stayed there until I started playing basketball and then I grew another inch and a half.

I've been 6'3 or 6'3 and a half ever since. :) I love my height but makes it hard to grow, specially my chest.

Calcium in milk helps strengthen your bones, but it doesn't make them grow.

I was 5'9" when I started high school, 6'2" when I graduated I am now 6'2" unless I have just squatted heavythen I am about 5'11". Though at 295 right now I haven't had any problems filling out my frame. Though my goal is to be at 320 with ~10% bf.

Cheers,

Does suqatting affect your height that much?

I haven't grown since 7th grade, 20 years old and stuck at 5'5"

But maybe I'll grow some more, in the last 6-8 months my head has gotten really big and none of my hats fit anymore.

height

I'm 6'6 and I think I've finnally stopped growing height wise at 18. It is a lot harder to have a good phsyique at this height :). I was like 225 with high body fat earlier this year during basketball, but since then I've starting dieting and working out for college b-ball...... I'm 205 now and much stronger than I was three months ago....... hard work.

I graduated high school (18) at 6'2 155 lbs, when I was 21 I was 6'3.5 and 200 lbs, at 23 Im 6'8 and just shy of 300, with the most significant growth just recently, so I'd say for some you can still grow after 21 :)

Theoretically you can still grow till the age of 25...most will stop at 18.....
