Heh bros, whats up?

Well tonight after a grueling 30 minute arm routine I go to bar. Wild shit happened, for complete story please refer to the chat section.

Anyways I ate 3 pork chops-big ones, 1 pound of cheesy potatoes, about 12oz homemade green beans/bacon.

Multiple beers. After about 2 hours I ordered the 2" thick ham salad sandwich with fries.

Right after that I won the hourly drawing and was selected to receive a free order of chicken fingers so I ordered those also and ate them on the way home.

So far today: all of this, plus breakfast and lunch. Currently 15+ beers. Im telling you guys, I am outta fucking control. It's to bad your not in my area and are bulking because this is good food and all of it only set me back $10.00. You can't make it for that.

Whiteboy was right, I really do carry on like this. At least im hitting the weights again. And starting to do belly flop sprints. Later on bros.
