Well I had a pretty good day today. I told myself I was gonna take it easy for a few weeks. So I guess I lied.......Here It is:

im taking this is a raw squat, right? since you squatted like 810 w/ a suit , right?

Very impressive, especially raw... could you lend me 100lbs or so of your squat?? i dont think it woud hurt you too much.

and about the chick hip machine, dont worry about it.. we all go through the "i wanna have sexy legs and hips" stage sometime in our life.
 
Yeah this was done raw. I hit 700 raw for 1 so I hope I can hit 655 for more then just 2. All I use in the off season is knee wraps and a belt.

Shit Kid, the way your progressing im gonna have to borrow some weight off you.

I do the chick machines to get my hips strong not to look good. I have a wide stance squat and im just trying them out to see if I notice a difference and I think I do.

In the days before the Dungeon, I occasionally used the girly hip machines. I overlooked the manly pec dec and was looked at a bit funny for using the adductor/abductor machines.

But strong hips are good. Big squats are good. Pec decs . . . not so good.

Congrats on the PR. That is a lot of weight. You have a very well deserved handle.

i know what you mean about strong hips, i've started doin wide sumo dlifts for my hips and some stuff w/ the bands...

I wish i was progressing fast enough. I need to pack another 50 lbs onto m y squat, 50 onto my deadlift, and about 20 onto my 20 onto my bench by november. And thats if all my lifts go perfect at my next contest. But thanks for the compliment, it means alot.

How wide do you squat ??
 
my stance is NOT westside. I think the front of my feet are about 30-32 inches apart, its not really that wide, but its perfect for me.
 
its not that big of a stance. it fits me pretty good. I tried a closer stance but it bothers my knee, so i gave up on it. I point my toes out so thats why its like 33 inches or so. How do you put your feet?
 
about the same as yours, maybe a bit closer, w/ my toes angled out, so i can push my knee's out. I may go wider once i get used to squatting out side the rack, and increase flexibility.
