I take in the same amount of EFA's / "healthy fats" regardless of being on or off... it's mostly the carbs that I regulate if dieting or bulking.
I stopped taking flax oil a few years back when I read it was estrogenic, now I use fish oil (liquid - Health From the Sea) - 1 tablespoon with my casein shake before bed.
If I've run out, I'll substitute olive oil.
I also eat raw almonds every day, olive oil with anything I cook, raw organic pumpkin and sunflower seeds whenever I can (good fats as well as zinc and selenium), and avocado's.
As a side-note, I've started using CLA recently - I'll use it for a month or two to see what results I get.
