Just read labels, even old 300lb ladie's got that one down. If it has sugar anywhere in the list put it back. Generally the shorter the ingredient list the better. Kashi is just ok. Its the same as every other crap cereal just with "natural sugars" instead of processed ones. Not really much difference in my eyes. Also a lot of the protein comes from soy, which I dont like either.
Of couse that was last year. Im going without milk this year so cereal is out.
