Either cook your own sauces, or do as @mobster says - opt for spices. If you will check out the ingredient list of most sauces in the shop, you will see that they are full of sugar, starch, conservatives, and lots of other shitty stuff. That is truly horrible.
Another thing I eat a lot of when dieting that has no calories - dill pickles. They are a life saver. Just make sure to read the ingredients list because some pickles have sugar added. DONT buy bread and butter pickles. Buy regular kosher dill pickles.
I use hot sauce and mustard a lot. They are basically just sodium but do not have calories. Another great option is to experiment with different spices. You can get the Mrs. Dash mixes that have no sodium in them.
