Headaches from leg training

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and if anyone has advice.

Lately during my leg workouts I've been getting some nasty headaches right up in the temple area. Dosn't happen if I was just doing leg curls or leg extentions. Just heavy pressing movements like squats, hack squats, and even sometimes lunges.

I'm not holding my breath. I've been off AAS for about 6 weeks. And I'm not using thermogenics that often.

My diet is ok but not great. It's not a big concern right now because I don't have problems with putting on bodyfat and I'm getting enough protein. Oh, and I almost never get headaches in my day to day life.

Alright, hope that's enough info. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thanks to anybody who can help!!

If your blood vessels are constricted (which is the normal cause of headaches) and your blood is pumping hard as it normally does for me when I'm squatting, then its gonna hurt. I gotta take an aspirin or an anti-inflamitory sometimes before I go, that helps a lot. It rarely happens though, and its usually when I'm doing some kind of leg exercise.

I get headaches sometimes during legs, but mostly i get that stuffed ear feeling, like you get when you go up in an elevator and there is all this pressure in your ear. It makes it hard to hear. I think thats probably from me holding my breath too much.

Usually, though, when a headache hits me, i can't do anything in the gym cause i feel like my head is gonna explode. So i just go home.
