Hi guys, I'm new to this site as I've been on another fitness/bodybuilding site for a long time but just stumbled upon this one. I hope to get some good info here, and maybe a mentor or two along the way.
I'm 5'11" 180 lbs, 30 years old, been lifting for a few years, nothing serious until this last year.
I'm about to run my first PH, which I chose Hdrol.
Going to run 5 or 6 weeks, at 50/50/75/75/75, and maybe another 75.
For support I'll be using either cycle support or ctcle assist.
For PCT, I'm hoping to figure out a way to get some Nolva, and take the safe route. From what I've read, I should take this 20/20/10/10.
