HDL levels too low

I got my blood work done and HDL came in too low so I need help with a supplement that can get me back to where I need to be.
The only thing is I can't afford to take anything expensive because it's not covered under my insurance as supplements are not something that the insurance company agrees with

Are you overweight
Eating badly
Not exercising
Using drugs

If so fix that too
